Working with bankable consultants and advisors where required we run all development workstreams including stakeholder management, community engagement, development approval and grid connection application/GPS.
Investment Structuring
We secure market-parity or government supported revenue streams and assist in sourcing project equity and debt financing.
Construction Execution
Via a managed tender process we select and engage an EPC contractor.
Continuing development services seamlessly across the platform portfolio from concept to financial close allows the project development activities to be aligned with key offtake, EPC and financing arrangements and for these arrangements to be structured in a timely fashion. This approach also ensures continuity of project stakeholder and community relationships, and key technical and legal engagements established at the commencement of the project development process.
