We secure a greenfield project pipeline to place with a dedicated development platform. Our team identifes suitable sites based on comprehensive regulatory, network and GIS analysis supported by external technical and environmental feasibility studies.
Network Analysis
Using our in-house GIS mapping we identify potential grid connection points.
Site Origination
We identify and secure exclusivity over potential development sites.
Feasibility Assessment
In addition to in-house resource assessment and plant design we commission bankable site-specific external analysis of environmental constraints, grid connection, network constraint modelling and loss factor modelling. We run extensive financial analysis prior to executing site development options.
Once project feasibility studies have been completed, the site development option is executed and the project is assigned to the development platform.
